What is a preorder, and how can I place one?
A preorder allows you to purchase items from our newest collections before they become available for immediate shipping. Items available for preorder will be clearly labelled on their product pages with an estimated shipping date. While we strive to meet these timelines, shipping dates may vary.
When you place a preorder, your items are reserved, and your payment will be processed at the time of purchase. The items will ship as soon as they are ready.
Where is my order shipped from?
Orders are shipped from our warehouses in Canada and Italy. The shipping location is determined by item availability and cannot be changed. Please allow sufficient time for delivery, especially for items that may require international shipping.
Why hasn’t my order shipped yet?
Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days. Our warehouses operate Monday through Friday. On Fridays, orders placed after 3:00 PM local time will be processed the following business day. Please remember that our warehouses observe certain U.S. and Italian holidays, which may affect shipping times.
